100% whole rye sourdough bread. This bread is a German type of bread, made simple from 100% organic freshly milled whole rye flour and water. It is slightly tangy, slightly gummier and denser. Rye is higher in fiber than wheat, it is also rich in vitamin B and antioxidants. Sourdough rye bread has a lower Glycemic index than regular sourdough bread.
