Enjoy our artisan sourdough bread, made with care by our family-owned micro-bakery. We use freshly milled organic flour and our own natural organic sourdough starter which is made of same flour, water and time to create a delicious and healthy loaf. This bread is coated with extra wheat bran for added fiber.

Each bite offers a great balance of flavor, texture and complexity, making it perfect for sandwiches or simply on its own. You will notice the difference that quality ingredients and traditional baking methods create.

Our unique flavor comes from using 100% freshly milled whole wheat flour and the long slow cold fermentation process.
